Jeff Sidney’s moiré tech involves layering very thin stringers of different colored glass on top of each other in a way that causes an optical illusion of moving lines as you turn the piece. 

This one features purple, orange, and white lines, and is closed off at the ends with 2 abstract dot stack patterns.
