Jeff Sidney’s moiré tech involves layering very thin stringers of different colored glass on top of each other in a way that causes an optical illusion of moving lines as you turn the piece. 

This one features a really vibrant ‘tequila sunrise’ color fade covered in moiré action and is capped off on both ends with a white/blue dot stack.
