Jeff Sidney’s moiré tech involves layering very thin stringers of different colored glass on top of each other in a way that causes an optical illusion of moving lines as you turn the piece. 

This one features a green to yellow color fade with moiré all around, closed off with a green dot on one side and a silver dot on the other.
